The Coastal Carolina Real Estate Investors Association (CCREIA) is a nonprofit organization that brings together individuals interested in real estate investing throughout the Coastal Carolina region. We are here to learn from one another, share real-world experience, and build meaningful connections—not to sell products or promote investment schemes.

CCREIA is the only local real estate investors association affiliated with the National Real Estate Investors Association (NREIA), providing our members with the credibility, ethical standards, and educational foundation of a nationally recognized organization—combined with the value of a strong local network.

Membership meetings are held monthly and in person and feature educational speakers, local market insight, vendor spotlights, and open networking. Our meetings are designed to encourage collaboration, idea sharing, and relationship-building among investors at every stage—from beginners to seasoned professionals.

Whether you’re just getting started or actively growing your portfolio, CCREIA offers a supportive, education-focused community to help you move forward with confidence.


Individual Member Benefits

CCREIA Individual Membership is designed for both new and experienced real estate investors who want practical education, meaningful connections, and ongoing support within the Coastal Carolina investing community.

As an Individual Member, you’ll receive:

  • Admission to all monthly in-person meetings, featuring educational presentations, networking, and yes—free pizza and drinks (and sometimes cookies)

  • Access to the Members-Only Forum and Private Facebook Group, where members share wholesale and wholetail deals, exchange ideas and referrals, and access recordings of past meetings when available

  • A Members-Only Newsletter and flash emails, keeping you informed between meetings when members share investment opportunities, partnerships, and deals

  • Connection to a large network of experienced real estate investors, with expertise ranging from buy-and-hold and landlording to fix-and-flips, short-term rentals, and more

Attend any monthly meeting as a guest for $25. If you decide to join within 24 hours of the meeting, your guest fee will be credited toward your $200 annual membership.

Vendor Tier 1 (Premium Vendor) Benefits

CCREIA is an excellent place to promote your business to active real estate investors who are actively buying, selling, renovating, and managing properties. Our members value trusted local professionals and want to know who they can rely on to support their investing goals.

Vendor Tier 1 (Premium Vendor) sponsorship is designed for businesses seeking maximum exposure and meaningful, in-person engagement with CCREIA members and guests.

Tier 1 Vendor Details

  • $650 annually

  • Vendor categories are limited to three (3) vendors per category

  • Vendors must attend at least 8 meetings per year (no more than 3 absences)

Tier 1 Vendor Benefits Include:

  • All benefits enjoyed by Individual Members

  • Attendance at monthly in-person meetings (held the second Thursday of each month)

  • Opportunity to present a 2-minute commercial at each meeting

  • Flyer, brochure, and business card display at meetings

  • Featured link in the monthly meeting notice/newsletter

  • Inclusion in the meeting slideshow

  • Business-card sized, full-color listing on the CCREIA website, including:

    Vendor Tier 2 (Website Listing Only) Benefits

    CCREIA offers Vendor Tier 2 sponsorship for professionals who want a consistent, professional presence with the Coastal Carolina real estate investing community through online visibility, without the need for in-person participation.

    This option is well suited for established businesses that want to remain visible and accessible to active investors who are buying, selling, renovating, and managing properties throughout the region.

    CCREIA vendor partners commonly include (but are not limited to):

    • No meeting attendance or speaking requirements

    • Visibility to CCREIA members and website visitors year-round
