This month, we will learn from one of our own local CCREIA members, Jason Veile. Jason began investing in real estate in October of 2019 while working a full time job as a Trust Officer. After graduating from UNCW in 2015 with his Finance degree, Jason worked as a licensed financial advisor before shifting his career focus towards institutional trust funds.

Jason currently owns 24 rental units, and is actively flipping 6 houses. He currently lives in Rocky Point with his wife, Jackie, and 4 children, Emeline, Gannon, Sable, and Davie. Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing with his kids and playing the drums for his church.

At this meeting, Jason will cover:

• How to find deals
• How to fund deals
• How to find contractors
• How to know when to keep or sell
