In case you missed it, Delinda Harrelson, a Wilmington flipping legend, presented at our monthly CCREIA June meeting. It was a full house and packed with incredible info! Delinda is offering a field class to recap and implement the tips & strategies discussed at our June meeting.

If you're ready to take the next step in your flipping education, this is a day you won't want to miss! Delinda is offering a 1-day class, June 24, 2023, 8 am to 6 pm at Berkshire Hathaway, 1612 Military Cutoff Road, Second Floor, Wilmington, NC 28403 to acclimate you to deal hunting.

Be prepared to go into the field after 2 hours in class, so dress for it, rain or shine, we are going to be in the field to actually walk the walk! No more talking the talk!

Registration from 8 am to 9 am. Class begins sharply at 9 am. Here are the exciting things we will cover during our day together:

• Marketing-Bring your marketing pieces so we can analyze them, 1 per person
• Bring your leads
• We will call YOUR LEADS
• We will call Realtors
• We will go door knocking
• We will put out Bandit signs
• We will distribute flyers
• We will hang door hangers
• We will search for vacant houses
• We will find out who the owners are with skip tracing
• We will run our numbers to see if it’s a deal or not
• We will discuss different types of deals
• We will add different strategies to your toolbox for when you get leads and it’s not a deal for you
• We will discuss the current economy
• We will discuss exit strategies if the market turns
• We will give you vison, you have never had
• Have something to sell, bring it, we will discuss it
• We will give you an advantage over your competition from a 22 year veteran that has been buying, selling, and renting houses for a long time successfully!
