If so, our Round Table Discussion are the PERFECT meeting for you!
Join us Thursday July 6th for round table discussions, learn from like minded investors like yourself and bring your thinking hats! This is an excellent meeting to network and get some face to face time with other local investors! We will set up round tables of 6-8 people each and discuss the below listed topics:
Low Inventory of Properties Available – Where is the opportunity today?
Is the market too hot for an investor?
How does a real estate investor find properties and invest in this environment?
How can inflation help me as an real estate investor?
Discuss creative ideas to find deals, changes in strategy, do you speculate & other ideas
Are there partnering opportunities in this room?
Short Term, Mid-Term & Long Term Rentals – Where is the opportunity?
What are the advantageous and disadvantageous to each?
What kind of team do you need to build? Is it different for each time of rental?
How do you determine rental rates?
Property Management & Flipping
How do you manage your properties?
Managing your tenancies, Are you raising your rent? Should you?
Pricing your properties for maximum return and not missing the market if the market turns
Finding and managing your contractors?
How are you solving and managing supply chain issues?
