Nick, a licensed home inspector in NC and SC certified in mold testing and thermal imaging, will share what investors should look for when purchasing a flip. He’ll walk through common red flags, the most frequently reported issues prior to closing, and — importantly — the most overlooked repairs that flippers skip that ultimately come back to bite them later.
He’ll also discuss tools and strategies to help ensure smoother transactions, highlight some of the most common — and craziest — flip fails his team has encountered, and share practical tips on how to consistently deliver higher-quality flips that strengthen your reputation and brand.
William is a state-licensed Unlimited General Contractor, having passed both the residential and commercial exams. He will provide the contractor’s perspective on how issues are diagnosed, corrected, and prevented, sharing real-world examples of challenges he has encountered and how they were successfully resolved. Together, they’ll help you better identify areas of a home that may be bigger — or smaller — issues than originally thought.
This will be a practical, real-world discussion designed to help investors protect their properties, budgets, and long-term credibility.
